At AZMTC, we offer various manual therapies including soft tissue/joint mobilization/manipulations, traction, and compression therapy to achieve one or more of the following goals:
Pain relief
Relaxation
Reduce swelling & inflammation
Increase joint mobility
Improve muscle flexibility
Improve motion
Scar or restriction release
Improved nerve mobility
Facilitate better movement of the spine, upper extremity (shoulder, elbow, wrist hand/fingers), or lower extremity (hips, knees, ankles, feet)
Therapeutic methods may include, and are not limited to, mechanical traction, ultrasound, taping, compression therapy via NormaTec, and Shockwave.
